3. Personal data processed

3.1. Personal data required when requesting a quote

• Name *: Your first and last name are required so that we can contact you.
• Company: The name of your company or employer is not required, but may provide additional information when preparing a quote.
• Telephone: Providing your telephone number enables us to contact you by phone regarding your request for a quote.
• Email *: The requested quote will be sent to your email address; therefore, providing it is mandatory.
• Service area: Specifying the relevant service area helps us prepare the quote.
• Message *: A message is required so that you can describe the subject of your request. Without this information, the request for a quote cannot be processed; therefore, completing this field is mandatory.
• Legal basis for data processing: Pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council** (hereinafter: GDPR), processing is based on the consent of the data subject, i.e. you. 5. Retention period for personal data

In the case referred to in Section 3.1 of this policy, the Data Controller retains personal data recorded in connection with online quote requests for 2 years.

In the case referred to in Section 3.2 of this policy, the Data Controller retains personal data recorded in connection with applications for job vacancies for 1 year.

6. Rights of the data subject relating to data processing

6.1. Time limit

The Data Controller shall respond to a request concerning the exercise of a data subject’s rights within no more than one month of receiving the request. The day on which the request is received shall not be included in the calculation of this period.

Where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests, the Data Controller may extend this period by a further two months. The Data Controller shall inform the data subject of any such extension within one month of receiving the request, stating the reasons for the delay.

6.2. Data subject rights relating to data processing

6.2.1. Right of access

The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation from the Data Controller as to whether or not personal data concerning them are being processed and, where such processing is taking place, to obtain access to the personal data and the following information: the purposes of processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipients to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, particularly recipients in third countries or international organisations; the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored; the right to request rectification, erasure or restriction of processing and the right to object to processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; information concerning the source of the data; and the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, as well as meaningful information about the logic involved and the significance and envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject. The Data Controller shall provide the requested information within no more than one month of the submission of the request.

6.2.2. Right to rectification

The data subject may request, using the contact details specified in Section 1, that the Data Controller amend any of their personal data. If the data subject can credibly demonstrate the accuracy of the corrected data, the Data Controller shall fulfil the request within no more than one month and notify the data subject using the contact details provided by them.

6.2.3. Right to restriction of processing

The data subject may request, using the contact details specified in Section 1, that the Data Controller restrict the processing of their personal data, with the restricted nature of the processing clearly indicated and the data being kept separately from other data, where:

• the data subject contests the accuracy of the personal data, in which case the Data Controller shall restrict processing for the period necessary to verify the accuracy of the personal data;
• the processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests the restriction of their use instead;
• the Data Controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of processing, but the data subject requires them for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims;
• or the data subject has objected to processing, in which case the restriction shall apply for the period necessary to determine whether the legitimate grounds of the Data Controller override those of the data subject.

6.2.4. Right to object

The data subject has the right to object at any time, on grounds relating to their particular situation, to the processing of personal data concerning them where processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the Data Controller, or where processing is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the Data Controller or by a third party, including profiling based on those provisions.

Where the data subject objects to processing, the Data Controller shall no longer process the personal data unless it demonstrates compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights and freedoms of the data subject, or where processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

6.2.5. Right to erasure

8. Other provisions

Information concerning data processing activities not listed in this policy shall be provided when the relevant data are collected. We inform our clients that courts, public prosecutors, investigative authorities, authorities dealing with minor offences, administrative authorities, the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, the Central Bank of Hungary, and other bodies authorised by law may request the Data Controller to provide information, disclose or transfer data, or make documents available.

The Data Controller shall disclose personal data to such authorities – provided that the authority has specified the exact purpose and scope of the data requested – only to the extent strictly necessary for fulfilling the purpose of the request.
